Fixed an issue preventing removal of default attending or referring physicians within the Locations UI when clicking the red X.

We’ve fixed an issue that was preventing users from removing default Attending or Referring Physicians in the Locations setup screen when using the red X icon. You can now successfully clear these fields as expected.
