How to Use Elevate to View Transcripts and Scoring Details for Your Direct Reports

Audience: 2-10 HBW Leaders with Direct Reports (Internal Use Only)

Use the steps below to access the transcripts and scoring details for your direct reports inside Elevate.

Step 1. From your main page in Elevate > Click Reports.

Step 2. Click Standard Reports.

Step 3. The Reports page displays > Click Transcripts.

Step 4. You’ll see a list of your direct reports > Locate the desired individual and click their respective View link (under the View Transcript column).

Step 5. The Transcript page for the individual displays > Select the Active pull-down menu and change it to Completed (to see all completed training for your person).

Step 6. Locate the desired completed training and click View Training Details.

Step 7. This will display the person’s Scoring Details for the selected training > Click Review to see scoring specifics.

Step 8. Once opened, clicking the Show Details box will display the exact responses selected by the learner for each question.
