CON: Lodging VCC - Locating and Booking Flow

Finding Hopper's VCC Details

There are Direct Provider bookings that are set-up as Direct Bill. We do not pay the hotel through a VCC.

Procedure

  1. In the Agent Dashboard, open the Hopper reservation information
  2. Open the Booking session

  1. Search for the Provider Payment Type section

TIP: Press CTRL + F to open the search bar. It can help you find the Provider Payment Type section faster!

  1. Click on +value and +card to display the Virtual Credit Card (VCC) information
  2. Click on + billingInfo to display the billing informationimage.png

Locating the VCC Deployment ID

Procedure

  1. In the Dashboard, open the Hopper reservation information.
  2. Click the Booking Session ID.

  1. Choose Conversation.Conversation2.png
  2. Click the Request ID of the GetCard.

  1. Click Download beside the Body, which can be found under Response.

Booking Flow

For some Direct Provider bookings and for all Roibos bookings, Hopper pays the Hotel directly through a Virtual Credit Card (VCC).
