Homeroom Lists: Sample Setup in PowerSchool

Location: Click on System Reports. Navigate to the Student/Staff Listings section. Click on Class Rosters (PDF).

  1. Select the teachers you want included on the report (hold the CTRL key to make multiple selections).
  2. Select the meeting time. For Homerooms, you will select AM and PM (do not choose the AC{#} options).
  3. For all remaining report display and formatting options, use the screenshot below as a guide. Make any changes necessary to customize your report.

Here are the two text fields of information from above for copying and pasting if you would like to avoid manual entry:
Heading Text Field:
Teacher: ~(teachername) Homeroom: ~(Course_Number).~(Section_Number)
Grade: ~(Grade_Level) / ~(No_of_students) students
Schedule: ~(*class_exression)

Roster Columns Field:
