How to log in to Salesforce and Field Service Lightning mobile app using Okta

Purpose:

To provide instructions on signing in to Salesforce and Field Service Lightning mobile app using Okta.

Instructions:

  1. Open your Salesforce app.
  2. Click on Use Custom Domain. IMPORTANT: You will not be able to sign in without updating the Custom Domain.

  3. In the Custom Domain field, type packsize and click on Continue

  4. Click on Okta SAML. You may need to scroll to the bottom of the screen to see Okta SAML button

  5. Follow the steps to Sign In to your Okta account. If you need help with Okta Sign in, reach out to techhelp@packsize.com
      1. If you receive the following error, confirm the setting outlined below image.png
      2. Click on the sprocket in the top right image.png
      3. Confirm or select Production, if production was not previously selected go back to step 2 and try to login again. image.png
  6. Once Okta is authenticated, you may be asked to Allow Access to some permissions on your phone. Click on Allow button
