Delete Users/Hide Users

PostalMate allows a store to hide users, rather than delete users.

  1. To hide a user, close PostalMate and CashMate and open PM Utilities.

  2. Choose Edit User (highlight name you wish to hide)

  3. Click Edit

  4. Check the Hide box

  5. Click OK. and close PostalMate Utilities

The history for this user is secure and available, but the name will no longer appear on any lists.

*Note: If there was previously a password set for the User, you may want to remove prior to hiding.
