New Mailbox Customers - Adding Package Receiving Notifications

  1. In Mailbox Manager, open a new mailbox.
  2. On the Options & Charges screen, checkmark the box for the Package Receiving service. If you add this option, you will need to collect an email address. You do not have to start over, you will have the option to add the email address on the Boxholder Information screen for Renewal Notice Delivery or the Mail Notification screen.
  3. On the Mail Notifications screen, you’ll be prompted to enter the email address if you did not enter on the Renewal Notice delivery.
  4. Do not select the Text option unless you are using PM Tools and have the text feature active in their software otherwise, it may affect your customer receiving the email from PostalMate.

**PostalMate does not offer a text message feature, this feature will only work if you are subscribed to PM Tools**
