Return Address requirements

Customer's Address as the return address

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

(UPS, FedEx, Maersk Parcel, Spee-Dee)

  • The store address is always used as the return address.
  • This is a carrier requirement because the store is considered the shipper — not the customer.
  • You may change the return contact name to display the customer’s name instead of the store contact.

To Use Customer as Return Contact (Name Only):

  1. Go to Tools > PostalMate Settings
  2. Select Carrier Setup
  3. Choose the appropriate carrier tab
  4. Check Use Customer as return contact below label
  5. Click Save
  6. Repeat for other domestic carriers as needed
