Signature Capture on Genius® Terminal

If you use Cayan ™ Genius® for credit card processing, this device can also be used for capturing signatures in PostalMate’s Package Receiving feature. To enable this device for signature capture, do the following on each station you use the Genius terminal for credit card processing.

Enabling Cayan™ Genius® device for signature capture

  • Open CashMate

  • Choose Tools > Options > Register Settings

  • Select the Credit Card tab

  • Checkmark the box next to Use as a signature device

  • Click OK to save
