Microsoft Office 365 - First Time Setup

For Desktop:

• Web Browser > Go to www.office.com for sign-in

• Sign in with Username and temporary Password

• Follow onscreen prompts for Authenticator Setup, Self-Service Password Reset setup

  • Microsoft Authenticator App Download and Install Steps

• You may use Outlook.office.com (Outlook for web)

  • Desktop applications are available if appropriately licensed, but if you just need set up quickly, I recommend using the Outlook Web for now until we can more formally get everyone migrated with their email history.

For Mobile

• It's easier to set up from a desktop first, then sign in on Mobile

• Download Outlook from Play Store/App Store

• Sign in with newly created password

  • Creating a signature in Outlook on iPhone

    • Open the Outlook mobile app and go to Settings.

    • Tap on your account and then tap Signature.

    • Enter/Paste your Company signature text in the box provided.

    • Once you're happy with your signature, tap Save.
