Customer Experience

what we do

IT Central

IT Central is the University’s Information Technology Service Desk. They are the IT forefront providing technical support via the ticketing system, phone, and in the classroom or office.

Service requests are received and resolved on the spot or are escalated to our level 2 or level 3 support. Requests range from creating an account for a service to reporting an issue with technology. Relationship managers provide that extra support to our community, handling cases that require that extra attention.

Customer Success

The Customer Success team serves as the strategic engine driving hardware lifecycle governance, service quality, and user experience across the university's IT ecosystem.

On the asset side, the team enforces end-to-end inventory integrity, orchestrating everything from data-driven hardware procurement and the "Laptop Choice" program to multi-year computer refresh cycles, offboarding asset recovery, and strict audit compliance.

Simultaneously, the Customer Success arm focuses on community engagement and platform operations, analyzing Voice of the Customer (VoC) sentiment, resolving executive escalations, and optimizing Service Management platforms like TeamDynamix, iPass, and MyNewSchool.

By maintaining institutional knowledge architecture, automating support workflows, and coordinating university-wide change control and communications, the team ensures that IT operations remain fiscally responsible, secure, and seamlessly aligned with academic and administrative needs
