What is This?

SOCAN identifies performances that have not yet been matched to a member.

If you identify a performance that belongs to you, see the steps below to submit a claim.

Review the list to determine whether you performed at one of the listed events.

How to Submit a Claim

If you identify a performance that belongs to you:

Option 1 — Submit a Case (Recommended)

  1. Open a Royalty Inquiry case in the Member Portal.
  2. Select the Concerts category.
  3. Include:
    • The performance details from the list
    • Your setlist and proof of performance

Option 2 — Email the Membership Team

Email: members@socan.com

Include:

  • The performance details from the list
  • Your setlist and proof of performance

What Happens Next?

SOCAN will review your submission and process the claim if applicable.
