Shared Services HR Team

HR Partners are your go-to individuals for support with the position approval process, posting of a position, hiring, supervisory organization changes, transfers and title changes, terminations, and much more.

HR Partners for the colleges are part of distributed "pods," whereas the administrative units are supported centrally by the Shared Services HR Team in Human Resources. The Shared Services HR Team is made up of Strategic HR Partners and HR Coordinators, who have been paired up to offer both Human Resources and New School institutional knowledge.
