Report: Users
This report will include all of your users that have been registered on the Magine Pro Platform.
Whenever a user is deleted in the Magine Pro Platform, all personal data in this report will be removed the day after. The main datapoint that will remain is the user ID, so that history can remain consistent.
This entire report will be replaced every day because any row could have been updated.

Data privacy
If you use this report, please make sure that you delete older versions on a regular basis. This will guarantee that account deletion requests from users are properly taken care of and personal, identifiable data is anonymised.
User Tags - Content Reporting & INvoicing
- In Users there is a field called user_tags. This is populated with manual or automatic tags, which is a list of data.
- Example:
["magine","nogeo","demo","vip"]
. These tags can be used to segment end users in the reports, specifically: -
"magine"
is automatically added to any user that is added through console, when a user is added by a Magine Employee. These users are present in the data export, however these users and data are excluded when Magine generates invoices to our customers and filtered out in the Analytics Dashboards in Console. - Any tag that you add in here, can be used to filter out "internal" users, so that any content license reports are kept accurate.
