Engage: Change or Cancel a Reservation

How do I update my reservation?
I booked a room for the wrong day or time.

Users cannot edit existing reservations in Engage. If you need to change your reservation day or time, you must delete the original reservation and make a new one. Follow the instructions below to delete a reservation.

Delete a Reservation in the Mobile App

  1. Open the Engage Mobile App
  2. Tap My Reservations in the Concierge Menu.

  3. A calendar will open with your existing Engage reservations. Scroll to find the reservation and tap to open the Booking Details.

  4. Tap the trash can icon and then Delete to cancel the reservation.

Delete a Reservation in a Web Browser

  1. Visit https://www.newschool.edu/engage

  2. Click on the calendar icon at the top-right corner of your screen.

  3. A calendar will open with your existing Engage reservations. Scroll to find the reservation and tap to open the Booking Details.

  4. Tap the trash can icon and then Delete to cancel the reservation.
