Dashboard Issue
Dashboard issue refers to any problem or difficulty that occurs with a digital dashboard. A dashboard is a graphical user interface that displays real-time information and data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format.
These are the types of Dashboard Issues (Please click the link for the step-by-step process):
- Cannot Access the Dashboard
- System Update
- No Website User
- Error 404 Message
Cannot Access the Dashboard Issue
- Verify what message is appearing on the customer's end when he/she tries to access the dashboard.
- If the problem is about "email incorrect", check the tenant's account under website user and verify the email they're using. If in any case, the email they provide is incorrect, kindly inform them of the email saved on file.
- If they happen to have no access to their email, kindly inform the customer to provide us with their updated working email and post it to the #Post-leasing-issue channel and inform Dev to update the customer's email.
- If the problem is "password incorrect", go to the customer's account name, click the forgot password, and wait for the message to appear stating the "Forgot password link is sent" and let the tenant know.
- If the tenant did not receive the link, kindly proceed in reporting it to the #Post-leasing-issue channel and inform Dev about the problem.
System Update Issue
When the system updates customers need to unlink and relink their bank account registered on their dashboard.
To unlink and relink your bank account kindly follow the steps below:
1. Open the Dashboard and go to Setting
2. Click Bank Details
3. Click Edit located below the blue banner and click Unlink Bank.
4. Once Unlink, kindly click the EDIT located inside the Blue Banner above.
5. Once the steps are done, your bank is now completely relinked. The customer can now pay their rent without a problem moving forward.
No Website User Issue
If this issue occurs, Proceed in reporting it to the #Post-leasing-issue channel and inform Dev about the problem.
