Sending email to an employee through AllPay

AllPay offers an ideal way to send secure email to an employee. Once you send an email, it becomes a part of the employee's record, giving you a clear and centralized view of all communications. This can be especially useful for your company's compliance goals.

💡Good to know: There are multiple ways to send communications to employees with AllPay. For example, you can send text messages to employees, as well as send a mass email to a group of employees. This guide focuses on an email sent to an individual employee as well as the historical record of all communications send to an individual.

Sending email to an employee through AllPay

  1. Log into AllPay. From the dashboard, hover to open the HR menu and then from the HR column select Communications.
  2. On the Communications tab, you can use the employee filters at the top to select an employee. Select a past communication from the Employee Communications table.
  3. Use the View button at the top right of the table to open a pop-up window that will show you the email that was sent.
  4. To send a new email, click on the Add New button at the top right of the table.
  5. In the Send Email Communication pop-up window, select an existing Email Template from the drop-down.
    AllianceHCM tip: Create email templates in the Configuration module of AllPay by opening the Application Configuration menu and selecting Email Templates. See more in this guide about creating and editing email templates.
  6. Add any additional information in the Send Email Communication pop-up window, and click on the Preview button to see a preview of the email.
  7. When you're ready to send, click on the Send Email button. You'll get a confirmation that the email was sent, and you'll see the communication added to the Employee Communications table.

From the dashboard, open the HR menu and select Communications

Select a past communication from the table and click on View to see it
