Why can’t I see all my orders in the Campaign Selection Screen?
If you are having trouble viewing all your orders in the Selection Screen, ensure that there are no filters intact. If filters are applied, you will see a Green Dot next to the filter icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Click the “Reset” button to remove the filters from the tray and then click “Apply” to remove the filter results from the Selection Screen.
What is streaming device vs. media player in the device widget?
The difference between a Media Player and Streaming Device is that a Media Player is a device used primarily for consuming digital media (for example, Amazon Echo, iPod Touch, etc.) A Streaming Device is a device which connects a TV to the internet (for example, Roku, Chromecast, Apple TV, etc.)

Why are Facebook clicks different between the Hero Metrics and the Social Engagements widget?
Facebook clicks metric might show a discrepancy between the Social Engagements widget and the Clicks in the Hero Metrics widget due to the way Facebook defines engagement which uses link clicks instead of all clicks. All clicks are used in all other widgets other than the Social Engagements widget.
Why might dashboard widgets not match the Hero Metrics?
This is due to data settlement time frames around lower granularity data sets (i.e. geo or creative) throughout the flight of the campaign. By the end of the campaign, all data should match between all widgets.
