MyPay for the web: Information

OBJECTIVES:

MyPay is the employee portal from AllianceHCM, and this guide is meant to provide an overview of the web version of MyPay's Information section. The Information section is where you can see things that are already set or ongoing, like your current deductions or taxes or direct deposits. This is information that is already on the record within your company; you can request changes to parts of this section from the Requests section of MyPay.

This guide gives an introduction to the Information section as seen on a laptop or desktop.

💡Good to know: Each company can set up MyPay slightly differently for its employees, so your options and views may differ from what is in this guide. Ask your manager if you have any questions about how to perform a task, and learn more about the different MyPay sections here.

Information

Let's get started: Sign into MyPay by using the link, username and password provided to you from your administrator. You'll be taken to a Welcome Page once you've successfully logged in.

Get to Information by clicking on the link on the left of your screen. Information has multiple sections:

  • View My Personal Details: See your name, title, contact information like phone number and address, hire date, birth date, SSN, and marital status in your company's system

  • Paycheck History: See information about your previous paychecks

  • Create a Compensation Summary: See a summarized view of your paycheck information during a specific time range

  • View My Time Off Balances: See your time off accruals

  • Company Time Off Calendar: See your company's holidays

  • View My Deductions and Taxes: See your payroll deductions and payroll taxes

  • Rate History: See your pay rate or salary history

  • View My Direct Deposits: See the direct deposits you have set up

  • Frequently Asked Questions: See the FAQs for your company

  • My Year End Tax Forms: See any current tax forms and your current tax form delivery method, as well as change your tax form delivery method

  • Welcome Page: Get back to your Welcome Page

  • View My Documents: See documents that are tied to your company profile, like vaccine records or certifications
