How to Search for Cue Sheets in the Member Portal

Before You Start

Log in to the SOCAN Member Portal
Know whether you are searching for your own cue sheets or all registered cue sheets
Searches can be refined using titles, status, or cue sheet IDs

Step 1 — Go to Cue Sheets

  1. From the main navigation, select Cue Sheets
    • Located below the My Account area

Step 2 — Choose a Cue Sheets View

Under Cue Sheets, you will see the following options:

  • Upload Cue Sheets
  • View My Draft Cue Sheets
  • View My Registered Cue Sheets
  • View All Registered Cue Sheets

Step 3 — Search Your Registered Cue Sheets

  1. Select View My Registered Cue Sheets
  2. Use the search fields to locate your cue sheets
  3. You can click the Helpful Tips dropdown to find out more about Cue Sheets

Step 4 — Search All Registered Cue Sheets

  1. Select View All Registered Cue Sheets
  2. Use the search fields to locate cue sheets in SOCAN's database submitted by others

Step 5 — Use Search Filters

You can search using one or more of the following:

  • Title
  • Product Status
  • Cue Sheet ID

Combining filters can help narrow your results.

You can open the cue sheet details by clicking the open icon, see screenshots below

What Happens Next?

Search results will update based on the criteria entered. You can open a cue sheet from the results list to view additional details.
