A how-to-guide to where and how a member can view and pay their next installment—or an outstanding balance—on branch.com or in the Branch app. For help getting to the billing section in the app, please reference the main Billing - account - website & app card.

Steps to pay next installment or remaining balance in account

Depending on the device you are accessing your Account from, the view of the screenshots below might look different, but the information will be the same.

  1. In the specific policy under the Billing section click Make a payment
  2. Choose Pay ahead next installment or Pay total remaining
  3. Click Continue to pay
  4. You will then be taken to a verification screen to verify your Payment option
  5. You will verify your Payment Method
  6. Finalize by clicking Pay $X
