Billing features in account

Locating Billing Information in Account Website

On branch.com, members will always see Manage billing & payments on the homepage. If you're on the app, simply click the Policy tab in the footer, then follow the steps below.

  1. Click Manage Billing & payments from the home page
  2. Click View billing for the policy you would like to manage

👁️ Note: *Depending on the device you are accessing your Account from, the view of the screenshots below might look different, but the information will be the same.

*Information, Coverages, Billing, and Documents are available in the prior, current, and renewal terms. If an upcoming renewal is available, you must click on View Renewal to access the same details.

Auto & Home

The screenshots are views of an auto policy.

  1. Click on the Billing tab
  2. Under payments you will find:
    1. # of payments remaining (or it will note due $0 if policy term is paid in full)
    2. Next payment amount and due date
  3. Click Make a payment to:
    1. Pay the next installment ahead of time or pay overdue installment (if applicable)
    2. Pay total remaining on policy term
  4. You will see your payment history
    1. See paid and failed attempts (if applicable)
    2. If failed attempts are present, and a member can still make a payment, they will see the pay option
  5. Under billing information, you will find:
    1. Full term price
    2. Current method of payment on file
  6. Click Change Payment Method to change method of payment on file
  7. If there is a past due amount, then you will also see this banner at all times on the policy details—no matter what tab you are under

MORTGAGE PAYMENT OVERDUE

Alert banner will appear when the mortgage payment is overdue.

  • New Business: Banner appears 21 > or more days after the policy's effective date.
  • Renewal Business: Banner appears when < 36 days or less to the policy's effective date.

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
