Portal Access Instructions for Banking Information Setup | ACH Setup | Electronic Payment Setup

Those consultants who have been provided with access to the banking information area of the portal can follow these steps to access the bank section. For more information about who can set this up, see Creating Contacts & Managing Signatory. Overview of Banking Setup

In order to ensure that we have all information set up correctly for electronic payment, consultants will need to confirm banking information for each request/contract.

  1. Set up Banking Information for the organization. This step prompts you to set up your bank information for a specific organization:
    1. Name on Bank Account
    2. Account Type: Checking or Savings
    3. Account Number
    4. Routing Number
    5. Account Type: Checking or Savings
  2. Set up Request Banking Information for each request. This step prompts you to select which Banking Information to use for each request. This second step is necessary as some organizations have multiple bank accounts for different purposes.

If your organization has received funding from us in the past and been paid by ACH, you most likely will have already completed step 1 and your banking information is on file.

Setting Up Banking Information and Request Banking Information on the Portal

  1. Log in to the portal. You will land on the Home page.
  2. Scroll down to Next Steps section where you will see Submit Banking Info and one or more requests/contracts.

  1. Select the request and Next. You will be prompted to select a bank info setup or Add New.

  • If you select Add New, you will be prompted to set up a bank account.

  • If you selected an existing Bank Info, you will get a confirmation screen.

Changing Your Banking Information on the Portal

  1. Go to the Requests tab. You can find your request by category (Pending, Active) or under All Requests.

  1. Click on the Request number that you want to add banking information to. On the upper right, you will see a button for Submit Bank Info. image.png
  2. Follow instructions from above.

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
