Starfish: Removing Flags from Students
Removing Flags from students in Starfish can be useful to clear tracking items that are no longer needed, or added in error.
Some common flags are 'No Show/Never Participated' and 'Stopped Attending/ Stopped Participating'.
- Head to the 'Tracking' tab on the 'Students' page
Once you're logged into Starfish, make your way to the menu and click on the down arrow next to "Students" then select "Tracking". - Locate the Flag and Clear it
Here is your list of active flags. Hover over the flag symbol (on the flag that you would like to update) next to the student's name. Click on "Clear" in the pop up window and select the reason that's most appropriate and save/submit.
