Immediately after uploading a COI, a vendor or tenant will receive one of these emails:

  • Thank you for submitting your COI - vendors: See here

  • Thank you for submitting your COI - tenants: See here

  • Incorrect File was submitted, COI still required: See here

  • COI failed to pass security scan, is sent to whoever uploaded the COI:See here

Then after the insurance docs are audited, Jones will automatically send the one of the following emails below:

Vendor or Tenant is compliant

Both the Jones customer and the vendor or tenant
