[360 Card] Jones Emails

HIGH-LEVEL SUMMARY:

Sending emails to our customers and vendors/tenants/subcontractors is an essential function of Jones. Here are all the instances of emails sent by Jones:

User Invitation Emails:

A user can invite another team member to Jones by sending an invitation email.
A Tenant user of Tenant-Vendors can invite another team member to Jones by sending an invitation email.

COI Request Emails:

Jones users can send COI request emails to their vendors, tenants, or subcontractors
Tenants using the Tenant-Vendors platform can send COI request emails to their vendors

Emails after a COI is uploaded:

Thank you for submitting COI email
Incorrect file submission
COI upload failed to pass security scan
An email once their COI is compliant

If there are gaps in coverage:

Vendors, tenants, and subcontractors will receive Insurance Coverage Gap Emails (can be automated)

If the COI is about to expire:

Vendors, tenants, and subcontractors can receive automated COI Renewal Reminder Emails
Vendors, tenants, and subcontractors will receive an email if their COI has expired or is about to expire.

Known limitations/expected future needs/enhancements

The Product Team has a backlog of language/copy updates to improve our emails. Updates are being made every quarter and the material on GURU will be updated accordingly.
We are working on adding the project name and number to the expiration email for PMs, and then adjusting the text of the gaps email.

Optional branded emails:

Emails can be branded based on the tier of Jones the customer buys. Here is a link to see all of the different branded client emails. Here is an example of a branded JLL email:
