Welcome to AllianceHCM: Overview and Account Setup

AllPay Overview

AllPay, AllianceHCM's system, is used to manage employee information from onboarding all the way through an employee’sexit from your company. This guide is designed to help managers understand how to use the AllPay platform to managetheir team.


Initiating AllPay User Setup

In order to access AllPay, you will need your own user account. Your company's AllPay administrator will send you a "Welcome to Alliance" email with your account information.

ⓘ NOTEYou must access your account within 24 hours of receiving this email. Be sure to check your spam filters if you don't see the email in your inbox.


Below is an example of the email you will receive:

Completing the Setup of Your Account

To access your account for the first time:

  1. Open your "Welcome to Alliance" email and follow the steps (also listed below) to complete the setup of your AllPay user account. Remember, this must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the email or your temporary password will expire.
    1. Go to AllPay: https://www.hralliance.net
    2. Enter the User Name and the temporary Password provided in the email

  2. Set up Two Factor Authentication under your account Settings. This strengthens account security by requiring two forms of identification to access your resources and sensitive company data.

    You will see the options listed for connecting Two Factor Authentication to your AllPay account. Click the Enable button associated with the desired method for Two Factor Authentication. You can use Authy, Google Authenticator, and/or your own mobile phone to log in.

  3. Complete the personal identity verification questions. You will select three separate questions in the form and designate your answer for each.
  4. Create your new password, which must be 8 characters in length and contain at least one of each:
    1. Upper case letter
    2. Lower case letter
    3. Number
    4. Symbol or punctuation
