Project Manager Implementation Process
- Project Manager will create the project in Asana
- Click plus sign in upper right hand corner
- Select Project
- Use Template
- Select the proper template
- Name project according to the project naming conventions
- Select a team
- WV-Healthcare
- WV-Commerce
- Privacy
- Public to team
- Click drop down by the project name
- Add to Portfolio
- Implementation Project Overview
- Set color & icon in accordance with the portfolio legend
- Edit project details
- Complete all custom fields as necessary
- Click Share
- Members of the project should include
- Project Manager
- Customer Success Manager
- Implementation Engineer
- Jeffrey Manning
- As the project progresses you will update the fields as necessary
- Project status updates are due by 2 pm central time each Friday
- To provide a status update
- From the Implementation Project Overview portfolio
- Click on the Status of the project
- Click Update status
- You can update the status and custom fields from this screen
- Be sure to provide the summary of the status, if anything is blocked, and what the next steps are
