Project Manager Implementation Process

  1. Project Manager will create the project in Asana
    1. Click plus sign in upper right hand corner

    2. Select Project
    3. Use Template

    4. Select the proper template
    5. Name project according to the project naming conventions
    6. Select a team
      1. WV-Healthcare
      2. WV-Commerce
    7. Privacy
      1. Public to team
    8. Click drop down by the project name
      1. Add to Portfolio
        1. Implementation Project Overview
      2. Set color & icon in accordance with the portfolio legend
      3. Edit project details
        1. Complete all custom fields as necessary
    9. Click Share
      1. Members of the project should include
        1. Project Manager
        2. Customer Success Manager
        3. Implementation Engineer
        4. Jeffrey Manning
  2. As the project progresses you will update the fields as necessary
  3. Project status updates are due by 2 pm central time each Friday
    1. To provide a status update
      1. From the Implementation Project Overview portfolio
      2. Click on the Status of the project

      4. You can update the status and custom fields from this screen
      5. Be sure to provide the summary of the status, if anything is blocked, and what the next steps are

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
