MyPay for the web: Pay Advance

OBJECTIVES:

MyPay is the employee portal from AllianceHCM, and this guide is meant to provide an overview of the web version of MyPay's Pay Advance section, which some companies use to enable access to wages on demand. if this is available to you as an employee, is where your MyPay will be connected to an earned wage access (EWA) company like ZayZoon or Tapcheck.

This guide gives an introduction to the Pay Advance section as seen on a laptop or desktop.

Pay Advance

Let's get started: Sign into MyPay by using the link, username and password provided to you from your administrator. You'll be taken to a Welcome Page once you've successfully logged in.

Get to the Pay Advance section by clicking on the link on the left of your screen.

AllianceHCM tip: Not every company offers earned wage access. If you don't see the Pay Advance section in your MyPay but you know your company offers the service, check with your manager.
