How to Search a Catalogue (Registered Works) in the Member Portal
Before You Start
- Log in to the SOCAN Member Portal
- The works must already be registered
To display your full catalogue, click Search without entering criteria.
You can download works or your full catalogue by selecting Add to Package on the right-hand side of the results list. See: How to Download Works in the Member Portal
STEP 1 — Go to My Registered Works
- Navigate to View My Registered Works.
STEP 2 — Enter Search Criteria
- Enter search details such as:
- Work Number (SOCAN, ISWC etc.)
- Title
- Work Status
- Artist
- IPI Number
- Contributor Name
- From & To Registration Date
- Include Works Assigned To Me Via Agreements
- Click Search.
Your results will appear below.
You can sort results by selecting the sorting indicators in the header columns.
What Happens Next?
Click a work from the results list to view full registration details.
