[How to Turn On] Scheduled Reports

What are Scheduled Reports?
Scheduled Reports enable any customer to schedule daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly emailed reports for themselves.
How to turn on Scheduled Reports:
Who can turn on Feature:
All users can schedule reports when creating reports (there is no limitation based on user role)
All account levels will have access to this new feature (ex: not only enterprise)
How does this behave?
Users can choose the following breakdowns:
Daily: every morning EST
Weekly: every monday morning EST
Monthly: every first day of the month
Quarterly: every first day of the quarter
Notes about the exact time that reports are sent:
Morning refers to around 8:45am EST but we cannot commit to exactly 8:45am EST
No reports are ever sent on weekend
Reports are still sent on all holidays
The day you set the schedule is not relevant. For example, if you set weekly scheduled reports on a Thursday, they will still be sent out every monday morning EST
Regardless of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly reports, users will still receive an immediate report emailed to them at the moment of scheduling a report.
Once reports are scheduled they can be viewed and deleted in "scheduled reports" on the top of the reports section.
KNOWN LIMITATIONS/EXPECTED FUTURE NEEDS/ENHANCEMENTS
Reports can only be scheduled to be sent to yourself. In the future, it might be a good idea for a user to be able to schedule the reports to be emailed to other team members as well.
Users cannot choose the exact time to receive an emailed schedule report. We provide ranges instead of exact times to loosen bandwidth on our system. For example, if every user wanted a scheduled report at exactly 9am EST, it might overwhelm and crash our system.
The reports are ONLY in EST. The times will be shown in EST, and it will not be dynamic based on time zones. So for example, people in California will still receive their scheduled morning reports around 8:45am EST so 5:45am PST.
Admins are not able to see the scheduled reports of their team members.
Reports can not be edited, they can only be deleted. They will be able to be edited in the future.
After a report is scheduled, there's no way to instantly run a report. This may be developed in the future.
The most recently created report will be on top. It may be nice for users to be able to sort reports in the future.
In the future, if a user clicks into scheduled reports and there's nothing there, a link will appear to prompt the user to schedule a report.
Reports are still sent on holidays, might be useful to be able to turn this off.
