Where can I reserve a desk to work on campus?
What desks and offices are bookable in Engage?
Workstations at the Admin Hubs are available to reserve by all staff using Engage. Additionally the workstations and private offices listed in the tables below are available to reserve by specific employees.
Faculty have access to the Faculty Resource Center to reserve a space to work. Additionally, the Faculty / Staff lounge is located at the University Center 7th floor (no reservation needed).
The Engage reservation system was implemented in 2021 as a component of the SerraView space management platform and is co-managed internally by Space Planning and the Admin Hub operations team. To suggest a new space or update reservation restrictions in Engage, please submit the Engage Configuration Request form.
