Common Practice Guide | AllPay Dashboard Navigation

Once you have completed your AllPay account setup, you will see the AllPay dashboard. Your dashboard is unique to you, so you can customize it to meet your specific needs.

Each of the tiles you see are called widgets. The Important Announcements widget will always be there to notify you of any of AllianceHCM’s important announcements and cannot be moved or edited.

Most of the other widgets allow you to change the default settings, print the information, or delete the widget. Just click the line icon at the top right of the desired widget and select the desired action for that widget.

There's also an Add Widget button at the bottom of your dashboard with tons of other widgets to choose from. click Add Widget and then choose a widget from the dropdown to see a preview and make any changes before you add it to your dashboard.

Hovering over your profile in the top right of the dashboard allows you to search for other companies linked to your account. It will also allow you to get to basic security information, settings such as password changes, linking your MyPay, and login history. It's a quick way to log back out of the system, as well.

On the top of your dashboard, you will also see a display of the AllPay modules that you have access to: Employees, Payroll, HR, Reports, Self Serve, and Onboard.

You can click on the desired module at any time to navigate there, or you can hover over any of them to see all the pages inside that module:

  • Employees: Allows you to navigate to items like pay rates, taxes, and other related items to employee setup.
  • Payroll: Allows you to navigate to Quick Pay Entry, time imports, and all payroll-related items.
  • HR: Allows you to dive into the benefits and HR related items such as certifications and documents stored on the employee record.
  • Reports: Allows you to run standard reports or build custom reports.
  • Self Serve: Allows you to do the basic MyPay setup and view approvals, such as time-off and benefit enrollment.
  • Onboard: Allows you to review applicants, onboarding documents, and tax credits.

You will also be able to use the search feature to easily look for Employees and/or Users within the company you are accessing.

The left menu of your AllPay dashboard will allow you to do the following:

  • Dashboard: Click on this icon to get back to the home dashboard.
  • Analytics: Build your own custom analytics here.
  • Recent Jobs: View the latest server jobs that you've triggered—such as files you've downloaded or reports you've run within the past 24 hours. This is across all companies.
  • Configuration: Configure security and account settings for AllPay, as well as review company activity.
  • News: This is where you can see all of our important news releases.
  • Marketplace: Check out what other products we have and get in touch with our Sales team for pricing.
  • AllPay University: There are lots of exciting training aides, helpful how-to guides, webinar recordings, and videos to assist you.
  • Ideas: This will bring you to our “User Voice” community. Your ideas matter to us and your voice is our victory!
  • Help: This will let you learn more about specific fields and functionalities in AllPay.
  • Online Support: Click here to talk to a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
  • HR Support: This will get you to our HR Support Center for those HR needs.
  • Remote Assist: This allows us to view your computer screen, and is only used when we need to help you and see what you are seeing.
  • Swipeclock: Click here to get to the Swipeclock timekeeping platform.
  • MyPay Login: Click here to log into your MyPay account/platform.
