How to Change Your Language Preference in the Member Portal

Before You Start


Language changes apply immediately to the portal interface
You can switch languages at any time

Step 1 — Locate the Language Menu

  1. From anywhere in the portal, look to the top right-hand corner
  2. Hover your mouse over Language

Step 2 — Select Your Language

  1. Click FR to switch the portal to French
    • (Select EN to switch back to English)

The portal will update immediately once selected.

What Happens Next?

Your language preference is applied instantly across the portal. You can change it again at any time using the same steps.
