Added new automatic lab result to ordering physician functionality

As of GoRev 2025.10.27 you can now configure individual physician records so that they will be automatically faxed any lab results where they are the ordering physician.

You can configure and activate this by going to Adding a Physician, opening a physician record, populate a fax number, check the box next to Auto Fax Lab Results, and click Save Changes.

Once done, any approved lab result going forward will be automatically faxed to this physician when they are the ordering physician.
