Webclock and Swipeclock for employees in MyPay

Learn how to use the webclock, powered by Swipeclock, within your MyPay portal. You can sign in to your MyPay portal either through the app or a browser on your phone or computer and use the webclock feature to clock in and out and see your time card. There may be other features available depending on your company's setup, and you can read specifically about the webclock in the MyPay app here.

💡Good to know: Each company can set up MyPay slightly differently for its employees, so your options and views may differ from what is in this guide. Not every company will use a webclock, and some features (like time off requests) may not be handled through the webclock. Ask your manager if you have any questions about how to perform a task.

Webclock and Swipeclock for employees in MyPay
Let's get started. Log into MyPay., and then click on the Menu toward the top left side.
Click on Web Clock.
AllianceHCM tip: You may be able to click on the webclock from your MyPay home screen.
Punching in and out
You can clock in and clock out directly from the Web Clock screen, as well as start and end breaks and meals.
Going to the full Swipeclock portal
Click on the Portal button to be redirected to the full Swipeclock portal.
The full Swipeclock portal has additional options that your company may use, like the Schedule and Time off sections.
Seeing your time card
Click on the Timecard option at the top of your Web Clock view to see your time card.
Now you can view your time card.
Approving your time card
From the Timecard view, you can click on the entries for individual days to approve them, or you can click on the button for the whole time period to approve all entries.
Requesting time off
If your company uses Swipeclock for time off, click through to the full Swipeclock portal.

Then click on Time Off.
Fill out the Time Off Request form and click on the Request Time Off button.
Checking your schedule
If your company uses Swipeclock for scheduling, click through to the full Swipeclock portal.

Then click on Schedule.
The Schedule view will let you see the schedule for the pay period as well as any open shifts, time off, and any pending items.
You can select a single shift from the My Schedule tab under the calendar view to see additional details.
Dropping and picking up shifts
If your company uses Swipeclock for scheduling shifts, click through to the full Swipeclock portal.

Then click on Schedule.
To drop a shift, look at the My Schedule tab and click on the three dots to get to more options.
Click on Drop Shift.
Confirm that you want to drop the shift by clicking on Yes.
You have an option to leave a comment for your manager and then click Drop Shift.
You'll see the shift on your schedule as pending until a manager approves your request. Once approved, it will be removed from your schedule.
To pick up a shift, select the Open Shifts tab.Then click on the three dots of the shift that you want to pick up, and click on Pickup Shift.
