How to Submit a Concert (Live Performance) in the Member Portal

Once your setlist is registered, use this guide to submit a live performance or concert.


Before You Start

You must have at least one registered setlist
Have performance details and proof of performance ready


Step 1 — Start a New Live Performance

  1. Go to Set Lists & Performances
  2. Select Submit New Live Performance

Step 2 — Enter Performance Details

Complete all mandatory fields, including:

  • Performance date
  • Start time and end time
  • Performer name

Playing multiple dates at the same venue with the same setlist?
You can add additional dates, which is especially useful for residencies.

Step 3 — Add Venue Information

  1. Add the venue using:
    • Google Maps search
    • If you are unable to find your venue, you can check the registered address lookup
  2. Enter venue contact information. If the venue and promoter information are the same, simply entered that information here.

Step 4 — Select a Setlist

  1. Search your registered setlists by title, Set List ID, or simply click the search button to display your set lists
  2. Select one of your registered setlists
  3. Ensure it matches the performance being submitted

Step 5 — Upload Proof of Performance

Drag and drop proof of performance, such as:

  • Poster
  • Contract
  • Ticket stub
  • Other documentation confirming the performance took place

Step 6 — Add Optional Details

You may add optional details such as:

  • Promoter name
  • Festival information
  • Multiple stages
  • Indicate if other artists performed

Step 7 — Submit the Performance

  1. Click Next
  2. Select Submit Performance

A confirmation message will appear once your submission is complete.


Step 8 — Track Performance Status

  • View all submissions under Set Lists & Performances
  • Status will show:
    • Pending → under review
    • Accepted → confirmed and ready for processing

When a performance moves to Accepted, all information has been validated.
