Before You Start

Have contributor, publisher, and share information ready
Publisher links are added using T (“to”) and F (“from”) codes
Understanding Publisher Link Codes
Publisher links use matching T and F codes to create a relationship:
- Creators (writers/composers) use a T code →
T#; - Publishers use an F code →
F#; - The number (
#) is a simple identifier - Matching numbers create the link
The same number must appear on both sides to establish the relationship.
Example — Two Writers, Two Publishers
- Writer A is published by Publisher A
- Writer A →
T1; - Publisher A →
F1; - Writer B is published by Publisher B
- Writer B →
T2; - Publisher B →
F2;
Each writer–publisher pair uses its own matching number.
Formatting Rules (Important)
Incorrect formatting can prevent validation. Please ensure the following:
Always include a semicolon (;)
- Examples:
T3;T2; - Without the semicolon, the entry will not validate
Not Sure If Your Link Is Set Correctly?
Double-check that:
- Each creator has a T code
- Each linked publisher has a matching F code
- Every code ends with a semicolon
