Employee Assistance Program:

Reliance Matrix Employee Assistance Program gives you and your family members access to confidential personal support. Everything from stress management and nutrition to handling legal or financial issues.

The services available include consultations with experts, as well as access to resources and discounts designed to help you in a variety of different ways.

Counseling Services Through Your Health Plan:

Whether you’re in the UnitedHealthcare or Kaiser medical plan, a number of mental health, behavioral health and substance abuse services are available to you.

UnitedHealthcare
To locate mental health resources under you UHC plans go to myuhc.com and register/login. Locate the Mental Health Tab in the portal to explore all your options, costs and locate an in-network therapist.

EAP: UHC offers access to 3 counseling visits at no additional cost


AbleTo: A virtual behavioral health coaching to Upstarters and their family members. AbleTo is a tailored-to-you 8-week coaching program design to help you learn ways to cope and start to feel better.

Kaiser
At Kaiser Permanente, mental health care goes hand in hand with all the care we provide. As a Kaiser member, you can talk to your primary care doctor about any mental health issues, anytime in person or 24/7 advice by phone. No matter how you reach out, you’ll get support from a care team that can view your medical history and connect you to the right care. You can learn more about this by going to kp.org/mentalhealth.

Kaiser also offers free access to Self Care digital apps to support your total health - mind, body and spirit.

Starting, growing and taking care of a family is nonstop and not easy. Cleo offers 1:1 guidance and support, resources and tips, virtual workshops and expert sessions, access to a network of parenting specialists and experts, an more - all 100% paid by Upstart as part of your Benefits Package. Once you get started, you will be matched with a Cleo Guide that will serve as your support contact that you can message at any time with questions around your specific needs.
