(For example, A Team member “A” assigned 24 points to “Direct Impact on Teaching and Learning”, 7 points to “Reduce/Eliminate Invisible Work and/or Unintended Downstream Work and/or Fill Gaps in Inefficient Processes”, 51 points to “Address Inequity in Staff / Resource Allocation or Support”, 18 points to “Something We are Ready to Change” and 0 points to all other factors.
