Switch payment method - account - website & app
A how-to-guide on where and how a member can change their payment method from their account. For help getting to the billing section, please reference the main Billing - account - website & app card.
Rules for changing method of payment
Can change | Can't change |
Swap credit/debit to another credit/debit | Change payment method from CC/ACH > escrow |
Swap ACH to another ACH | Change payment method from escrow > CC/ACH |
Swap credit/debit to ACH* | |
Swap ACH to credit/debit* |
*This change can't be made if a policy is in cancellation
Steps to change payment method

Depending on the device you are accessing your Account from, the view of the screenshots below might look different, but the information will be the same.
- Click Switch Payment Method from the Billing tab
- You can view your Current Method
- Select a New Method
- Click Save Changes
