How to Download Vendor/Tenant Reports:

Who can download tenant/vendor reports:

Admins, Compliance Managers, and Inviter User Roles. Read-only users cannot download tenant/vendor reports.

Tenant users on The Tenant-Vendors Solution can download tenant/vendor reports as well.

What do the reports look like?

Other notes:

  • It will be easy for customers to print these reports because we are using the functionality of the internet browser. Customers can either save this to their computer as a PDF or print the file directly.
  • If there is an issue with the format of this when downloading, you can change around the "Paper Size" in your browser settings to optimize the layout of the report.

  • Archived records cannot be downloaded

  • If there are any gaps in the record, they will be listed

  • This is trackable within Mixpanel
