Campus Visitors
What I should do if I'm bringing a visitor to campus?
Please refer to the below guidance when hosting a guest on campus:
- Each employee may bring up to one guest onto campus at a time. This includes general visitors as well as guest speakers, vendors, etc.
- You must meet your guest when they arrive on campus and are required to accompany them at all times while in campus facilities.
- Guests are required to sign in and present their government ID at the Campus Safety desk located in the lobby of all campus buildings.
- For information on visitors to the residence halls, please view the Student Code of Conduct.
Guests who require accommodations in relative proximity to campus can view our Nearby Accommodations list.
