How to assign a review form to an employee

Assigning a performance management review form to an employee
- Click back to your Dashboard in AllPay, and then hover over the HR menu and choose Reviews
- Click on Add New
- Pick the Review Date and then click on Assign Review Form
- Fill out the Assign Review Form window
- Review Form: Choose which form to use
- Review Date
- Assigned To User Group: User Groups are defined for your company. Company supervisors should be in a single security User Group, which you would select here. Supervisors will only receive notifications on reviews for employees that meet their Employee Filter.
- Period Covered From Date
- Period Covered To Date
- Save any changes
AllianceHCM tip: You can assign reviews to multiple employees at one time using the Mass Review Setup feature. Navigate to Self Serve, then choose Utilities and then choose Mass Review Setup. Select the review form name, an employee filter (such as all active), the review date, assign it to a user group that will be completing/approving the review, and period covered from dates. Then select the employees that you want to add to the review and click on Save. Only the employees who do not already have the review and review date will be shown.
Click back to your Dashboard
Hover over the HR menu and choose Reviews
Click on Add New
Pick the Review Date and then click on Assign Review Form
Fill out the Assign Review Form window
Then Save
