MyPay for the web: My Account
OBJECTIVES:
MyPay is the employee portal from AllianceHCM, and this guide is meant to provide an overview of the web version of MyPay's My Account section, which is where information around passwords, security questions, login history, and messages are kept.
This guide gives an introduction to the My Account section as seen on a laptop or desktop.

💡Good to know: Each company can set up MyPay slightly differently for its employees, so your options and views may differ from what is in this guide. Ask your manager if you have any questions about how to perform a task, and learn more about the different MyPay sections here.

My Account
Let's get started: Sign into MyPay by using the link, username and password provided to you from your administrator. You'll be taken to a Welcome Page once you've successfully logged in.
Get to My Account by clicking on the link toward the top right of your Welcome Page. My Account has four sections:
Password: To change your MyPay password
AllianceHCM tip: If you're having problems logging into MyPay, contact your company's administrator for help resetting your password. Also be sure to check all folders of your email — including your spam folders — to find any emails from MyPay.Security: Where you can ensure your email address is correct and set security questions to safeguard your MyPay portal, which will hold sensitive personal information
Login History: Where you can see logins and login attempts to your MyPay portal
Messages: Where you can see messages you have received in your MyPay portal as well as enable and control messages by text on your mobile phone
