Lodging
Lodging reservations for business travel must be made through Concur. As noted in the Business Expense Policy, "Employees are expected to stay in a standard room at a hotel, or other similar accommodation, that is on or close to the location of business." Itemized receipts and proof of payment is required. The final hotel folio, which should reflect all charges made to the room, must be submitted with the expense report. Conferences that offer discounted hotel rates should be reserved via the conference registration process, these rates will not be available to the public.
Please review Business Expense Policy - 3. Business Travel for additional requirements and restrictions.
