GoRev

Fixed a bug in Reports -> Download File that was causing GoRev to try and download files to a path with invalid characters.
Fixed a bug causing prereg links to be built with the wrong facility when the send prereg link form is in a different facility than what billing unit you are in.
Downloading multiple files, merged or as a zip, in the lab portal, now works correctly.
Fixed an issue stopping users from entering blank discharge dates on visits.
Fixed an issue causing Nullable value exceptions when using the Send to Posting functionality on Patient Financials.
Free hand signatures in the patient portal are no longer offset due to zooming in or window size changing (This resolves a scenario where signature boxes become unusable after resizing)
If patients "redo" documents or re-upload cards, it will no longer create duplicate entries when crossing to gorev.

Test IDs in the edit tests form grid will now show by default.
Added State Facility ID and Submission Status (Production/Test) to Texas THCIC configuration UI
Search code and Medical Necessity speeds in the lab portal have been dramatically improved.
Carrier and Plan Management permissions have restricted to lead and manager permission groups
Claim line items can now be sorted by both service date and revenue code
Added a "Clear drawings" button to the sign page of Patient Portal, this will clear any written fields, so they can be redrawn.
Pre-registration tiny links immediately expire upon prereg completion (links are one time use)
