URL Import
A URL Import allows a list of LinkedIn URLs to be uploaded into Sales Connector as a search. This is most commonly used in tandem with a lead generation platform, as many will provide links to a prospect's LinkedIn profile.
This feature can also be used to hand select contacts. This secondary use-case is extremely manual and time consuming; It should only be used for specific/small audiences (i.e targeting a handful of attendees from a recently sponsored conference).

How Does It Work?
A URL import creates a target audience from LinkedIn URLs. It's important to note that this feature does not work with Sales Navigator URLs.
The software allows up to 1500 URLs per upload. However, it is recommended to start with a smaller batch (~500 emails) to ensure contacts are syncing properly.
The following steps outline how to successfully conduct a URL import:
- From your dashboard, click on Search
- Click on Start New Search
- Insert a search name. Click on URL Import & paste LinkedIn URLs, one per line
- Click on Add Search Task
FAQ
My search is yielding 0 results. How do I troubleshoot this problem?
There are three main reasons your search isn't uploading properly. Double check the following: 1. Your URLs are from standard LinkedIn, not Sales Navigator.
2. Your URLs are formatted with only one per line.
3. There are no special characters in your URLs. Anything other than letters and/or numbers could impact your search results.
