FAQ
If I integrate my calendar, what additional data will I have access to?
After integrating a calendar, all users can see both "Calendar Sent" and "Calendar Viewed". Additionally, for platforms like Calendly, Book Like A Boss, GoHighLevel, OnceHub, and YouCanBook.Me, users will have visibility into "Calendar Booked".
My calendar is integrated but doesn't appear to be tracking engagement - How do I troubleshoot this?
For calendar engagement to be recorded, it is imperative that the Book Timer URL is being sent to contacts. The proper URL will end with {ContactID}. This is the most common mistake when using the calendar integration feature.
