Assigning User Licenses
Login to Salesforce as an Administrator
In Setup navigate to Installed Packages, locate Auto Oppty Contact Roles, click Manage Licenses (the table doesn’t support sorting, so you need to find it)
Add or Remove users to have licenses.
Opportunities owned by these users will be processed by the app when automatically creating Opportunity Contact Role records.
Administrators looking to set up or change settings in the Configuration Wizard will need a License.
Updating User License Counts
Visit the AppExchange, Log In as a User who has the Salesforce Permission "Manage Billing" for the Org

Once logged into the AppExchange, click on your profile icon at the top right, then click My Installs & Subscriptions
In the list of Installed, find Automated Opportunity Contact Roles, look for the arrow at the far right and click it. Click Manage Subscription
At the bottom of the page, click Edit to make changes
Provide the new desired amount of user licenses
Make any other required changes
Click Review Changes
If you agree to Salesforce’s Terms and Conditions, click the box. Then finish this by clicking Save.
Handling Invoices
Invoices are automatically generated by Salesforce on our behalf, we currently don't have any influence on the generation of these.
When created, they are sent to the Contact Information for the Subscription of our app. This can be changed to a billing contact if desired.
To download invoices
Visit the AppExchange, Log In as a User who has the Salesforce Permission "Manage Billing" for the Org

Once logged into the AppExchange, click on your profile icon at the top right, then click My Installs & Subscriptions
In the list of Installed, find Automated Opportunity Contact Roles, look for the arrow at the far right and click it. Click Manage Subscription
Scroll down to the section "Payment History". This is where you can find the Salesforce-generated details for your regularly occurring Invoices.
Removing the Application
If you no longer need to use our solution, you can cancel your subscription by going to the AppExchange (where you signed up for it)
Visit the AppExchange, Log In as a User who has the Salesforce Permission "Manage Billing" for the Org

Once logged into the AppExchange, click on your profile icon at the top right, then click My Installs & Subscriptions
In the list of Installed, find Automated Opportunity Contact Roles, look for the arrow at the far right and click it. Click Uninstall.
You may be asked to login to your production org again, do so.
Review items that will be removed, scroll to the bottom.
Choose if you want to save a copy of the package's data
Select "Yes, I want to uninstall this package and permanently delete all associated components".
You may not be able to remove the package if you used the Opportunity or Opportunity Contact Role fields in your own customizations (reports, automations). You will need to remove the use of these fields before being able to uninstall the package.
